Q: How can I order?

A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, order summary will be sent to your email or phone. You can find detailed order summary at your account as well.

A: Pay using Credit Cards is also and available option with Mahalkum. Just click Credit/Debit Cards button, enter your credit/debit information (card number, expiry date, card holder name, and cvc number: The 3 digits number at the back of your card) then click “Pay Now“ button.

Q: What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

A: Please try again later. If the payment is still not processed, please verify your credit card status with your bank: if it is open for online transactions or not, transaction amount limit and any other details.
